Delete Your FindAm Account

Permanent removal of your account and data. This action cannot be undone.

📱 How to delete from the app

1. Open the FindAm Vendors app on your phone
2. Sign in to your account
3. Tap Profile at the bottom
4. Tap Settings (the gear icon at the top right)
5. Scroll to Danger Zone
6. Tap Delete my account
7. Type DELETE to confirm
8. Tap Delete Permanently

💬 Can't access the app? Request manual deletion

If you don't have the app installed or can't sign in, contact us and we'll process your deletion request:

Include your registered email address. We'll respond within 48 hours.

🗑️ What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following happens:

• Immediately: Your shop is removed from the marketplace
• Immediately: All your listings and bundles are deleted
• Immediately: Your ID document (if submitted for verification) is permanently erased
• Immediately: Your name, phone, and email are anonymized
• Within 90 days: All remaining personal data is fully removed from our systems

📋 What we keep (and why)

For legal and operational reasons, we may retain limited records for up to 90 days:

• Anonymized transaction logs (no personal info)
• Aggregated analytics (no individual data)
• Records required by Cameroonian law or fraud investigations
